Enforcer Software Technologies, LLC began as a sole-proprietorship named MDS Services in 1990. Specializing in providing public safety agencies automated field-reporting solutions, our mission is to provide affordable, easy-to-use and innovative software solutions and consulting services in concert with the best support you have ever experienced.

Our first systems were implemented on very primitive DOS based devices. Using custom compression and indexing algorithms, we were able to place huge amounts of data onto devices with 2MB of memory or less. As time went on, much more sophisticated field devices began to appear. We were involved in the beta test program for Version 1.0 of Microsoft’s WindowsCE operating system. We immediately ported our Enforcer Software Series® Building Inspection System to WindowsCE. Today we offer many sophisticated and easy to use solutions on the WindowsCE platform. We have customers who are on their 3rd generation of hardware and have been with us for more than ten years.

Working with many public safety agencies, we discovered many of them had problems with data conversions, database management and management reporting. We began offering Consulting Services to help solve these types of problems. We have many years of extensive experience solving complex IT problems. We have provided consulting services to very large agencies with thousands of databases spanning many terabytes of disk arrays as well as very small agencies with only a few computers.

Our product line continues to grow. We will soon release our Enforcer Wireless™ system and our Disaster Assessment module. These exciting additions to our product line will allow us to help you solve your field reporting problems.
