A. We specialize in building inspection, zoning enforcement, licensing, county/municipal code enforcement, and damage assessment activities.

Q. What if I already have a Building Permit or Code Enforcement System?
A. This is a requirement. We are specialists in field reporting and do not provide permitting or other enforcement systems. Our expertise is in interfacing to the system you already have. This provides two valuable things to your organization. First, you are not forced to abandon a system you have heavily invested in. Second, you are provided an affordable and completely integrated field reporting sub-system based on our many years of field experience.

Q. What are the benefits of field computers?
A. There are many. First and foremost, field computers completely eliminate the costly and time-consuming task of manual data entry. Many agencies have paid for their Enforcer System within a year of purchase by reallocating data entry resources to other tasks. Second, your field personnel are provided current and complete access to your enterprise data in the field. Third, inspection, violation, and other enforcement activities are captured at the ‘point of contact’. This provides more accurate, reliable and consistent data.

Q. What if my system is on a legacy mainframe run by another department?
A. That is the beauty of our modular software. We have abstracted our data interfaces from our applications. These small interface modules use data maps (i.e. data dictionaries) to import and export your data regardless of hardware platform or database engine. We can interface to any database. We have customers using Oracle, Informix, Sybase, Paradox, DBase, FoxPro, SQL Server, Access and many others.

Q. Do you have a wireless solution?
A. Yes. Unlike other solution providers, we do not announce products until they have completed beta testing. We have developed a very innovative wireless solution and will announce it when it comes out of beta. We can say this about our wireless solution. It is very fast compared to other systems we have tested and it is much more secure. Our system uses 128-bit encryption (always) and a very advanced compression system. It is completely XML based and provides an interface for your organization to develop wireless applications.

Q. My Department is having trouble with our database/system. How can you help?
A. We provide expert Consulting Services to help you solve your IT problems. We have helped our customers convert legacy systems to relational systems, build interfaces between systems, repair corrupt databases, recover data from un-mountable disks, and write conversion programs for GIS, County Assessor and Street files. We also specialize in writing management reports. We know how to mine your data and convert it into valuable information you can use to make good decisions.
